I am a guitar/music aficionado and have been buying, fixing, trading, selling, collecting and playing guitars for over 20 years, mostly as a hobby, and I enjoy experiencing the variety of unique sounds and looks that each guitar offers. In particular, I have developed a taste for Fender Strats, not only for their phenomenal sound and beautiful aesthetics but also for their interesting history.

Many modern Strats carry on the tradition and continue to emulate the vintage vibe that Strats are famous for. Both American and Mexican made Strats are offered in a plethora of quality models ranging from basic starter guitars to custom models. This site contains a small sample of some models that I own, or have owned and played, and a description and review of each.

Each model of guitar will have a unique sound due to a certain combinations of options. The types of wood used for the body and fret board, the pickups, bridge, finish coating and electronics will all have an affect on the sound that a guitar will produce. And each guitar can have different combinations of body color, pick guard and hardware for the unique looking style that suits the individual best.
